A few highlights to whet the appetite:
- A Butternut Squash Soup flavored by rosemary, maple, green apple and fennel seed.
- Sage Roasted Turkey trimmed with pomme puree, kumquat cranberry jam and giblet gravy.
- An epic clash of surf n’ turf, but this one combines Seared Sea Scallops and Pork Belly with a black barbeque glaze, peanut salsa and acorn squash puree.
